Unbundled Services

There is a lot that an attorney does, and bills for, while working on a particular case that does not require an attorney to do. For example, you may want an attorney to draft a pleading for Court, but you may not want to pay for them to attend Court, or something else.. With Unbundled Services, we will talk through what will be needed for you to help you need and save money on the rest.

Full Representation

All-inclusive representation. From the time we are hired through the end of the case, we will provide complete representation. We stay in close contact with our clients and ask them to assist us, when possible, to cut costs.

Previously, cases filed in small claims court had to be for recovery under $10,000 (including attorney fees); however, recently, the Texas legislature raised this level to cases up to $20,000.
